About Erika Beattie

Erika is a native North Carolinian, born and raised in Cabarrus County. Her love of the sand and sun has resulted in her move to Ocean Isle Beach, where she and her husband spend as much time as possible soaking up the sun and walking the beaches on Oak Island, Ocean Isle, Holden, and Sunset. Her love of the sun extends to the golf courses on the islands. Erika also enjoys biking, working out and reading as much as possible. She is a recent home buyer, which helps her empathize with families as they work through the home buying process.

Erika holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a master's degree in Educational Administration. Her experience and skills as a past teacher, school leader, and state leader have transitioned nicely into the real estate world. Erika has the patience and ability to navigate through difficult situations. She is able to build relationships and educate her clients through the real estate process and ensure their understanding. Most importantly, Erika knows that communication is the key in every type of relationship and strives to keep buyers and sellers informed at all times.
