About Halladay + Harrington Group

Meet CJ Halladay –

Aloha! In 2019, I joined forces with Brenna Harrington, RS to create the Halladay+Harrington Group (within the Hawaii Life Brokerage). Brenna and I work together along with our support staff to provide better services and experiences for our clients. Together, we are able to provide better listing, escrow, showings and transaction management services for our sellers & buyers.

I obtained my salesperson real estate license in 2001, became a Broker in 2005. In 2012-2013 I served as the Broker-In-Charge for Hawaii Life. Client representation is very important to me. I can think outside the box to come up with creative solutions which help with negotiations and getting deals closed. I also like to think I have a really good understanding of real estate law, Hawaii statutes, Kauai zoning ordinances as well as local land use & development.

I love living in Hawaii and the lifestyle it gives me. 20 years ago, Kauai won my heart, and it's where I chose to settle down and raise my 3 children. I feel very lucky and grateful for everything and everyone I have in my life. I appreciate you taking the time to learn a little more about me. Mahalo nui loa!

Aloha,

CJ

Meet Brenna Harrington –

With over 16 years experience in the real estate industry, I offer my clients a professional, transparent, and customized real estate experience to meet their unique goals. I aim to exceed expectations in every transaction and deliver results that keep my clients coming back and referring their friends and family to me.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I grew up with a love for nature, and the ocean. I had the opportunity to spend four years living abroad in Australia, where I obtained my Bachelors degree in English Literature and Sociology, but really got a taste for sunshine, surf and a laid-back lifestyle. But after several years down under, I felt a strong pull back to my roots in the Pacific Northwest, and my family. As a third generation Realtor, it was only natural that I joined the family real estate business in 2003, where I began my career as an assistant and culminated as a partner in a top-producing real estate team consistently in the top 3% of all area Realtors. I gained valuable skills and experience and am well-versed in all aspects of real estate, having been involved in over 300 transactions personally. As a naturally adventurous and restless soul, I found myself dreaming about a change of lifestyle.

After several visits to the Hawaiian Islands, and an introduction to Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers, it became clear that it was the perfect time for a change of pace that would combine my love for the ocean and surf with my passion and expertise in real estate.

So, with my family on board, we threw caution to the wind and relocated to the south shore of Kauai, where I have built a network of community and professional resources. I have three children who attend Kauai schools and have the privilege of a childhood where they can enjoy hiking, swimming, paddling and living Aloha. We are actively involved in the community. The beauty of the islands, its cultural heritage and the community of people who call it home are things I am grateful for every day, and feel blessed to be able to experience it and share it with others.

If you are looking for a hard-working agent with a high level of professionalism, trust and reliability, let me guide you through your real estate experience. I work relentlessly to make my clients feel as if they are my only clients and am able to tune in attentively to their needs and goals. My clients have told me I am a "breath of fresh air".

Aloha,

Brenna
