Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2018 in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
Kathy and Rachel helped us buy our dream house and sell our existing house (new one was contingent on selling existing one) it was a delicate and complicated dance but they did it! There were a lot of negotiations involved in buying the new property over many months. Their experience, local knowledge and relationships made a world of difference in a deal that could have been dead if not handled carefully and strategically. Both Kathy and Rachel were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Even before the official listing took effect, both were helpful in coordinating with my contractor while I was out of the country and renovations were taking place.
