About Heather Hagerman

As a native Virginian, I thrive on introducing people and businesses alike to their new home (or site location) here in Central Virginia. I grew up in the Fredericksburg Region, and have enjoyed being a part of this wonderful community. I began my real estate career 13 years ago in Southern California selling properties in Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point and Newport Beach. After taking in the natural beauty and wonder of California, I was ready to get back to my roots. When I first arrived back in the market, I worked for several years with the Silver Companies developing my skills in the commercial real estate arena. I’ve since combined the skill sets needed for commercial and those needed for residential to further assist my clients. 

Prior to the start of my real estate career, I owned a successful marketing and advertising company. We assisted businesses that were introducing new products, managed their branding efforts, created compelling campaigns and conducted research on their behalf. I have brought my knack for creative solutions to my real estate business by consistently utilizing out-of-the-box methods to not only sell my listings, but also to create inventory for many of my buyer clients. I truly believe that in this marketplace, it’s not enough to employ the marketing tools that were used just a few years ago. One needs to get creative and be consistent to generate optimal results.
