About Libby Miller

Libby Miller has been licensed in Arizona as a Real Estate agent since 1996.  She has over 10 years experience as a property manager working in the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas. Her experience includes residential sales, construction oversight, lease up, operation management, and assisting in positioning commercial properties for sale. Commercial properties involved ranged in size from 220 units to 915 units. In addition, she has experience in condo conversions having worked for a developer in all capacities of the conversion and sales process. Additionally, her experience includes new home sales, short sales, and wholesale research, bidding and support in the residential property market. Her new home experience was with one of the nation’s top five builders and her wholesale experience was with one of more active property acquisition companies in the valley.   

Libby’s extensive real estate experience provides her with all the tools necessary to excel in her current position at Mojica & Associates Real Estate. She is a member of the South East Valley West of Realtors and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
